Role:Utility Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team in a dual-capacity Utility Manager Role. This role supports the day-to-day camp operations through hands-on service delivery and leadership.

Roster: 2/1

This role will involve:

Mentoring, coaching & developing the onsite team

Day to day responsibility to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations

Strong customer service focus for residents' satisfaction

Responsible for understanding and experience in using Site Accommodation Management Systems

Actively overseeing the success of the contract KPI's through weekly involvement in client meetings

Build and maintain relationships by way of quality delivery on our scope of services to our clients and residents

Responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensure catering scope requirements and quality are maintained and met

Inventory control including stock ordering, stock takes & wastage

Audit reporting for quality compliance and service standards

Responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing reports and financial reporting

Maintain a safe work environment and actively provide ongoing feedback about opportunities for improvement

Ensuring and documenting staff awareness and adherence to HACCP, Safety and Environmental practices and procedures

What are we looking for?

Proven FIFO experience managing a site +50 and leading a team +5

Understanding of catering services

Have a comprehensive understanding of hospitality services remote site services

Strong problems solving skills

Experience in performance management & appraisals

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate & develop your team

Effective communication skills at all levels, client facing and internal

Intermediate computer and tech skills

Experience in ordering, stock-take and reporting

Food safety and Hygiene training

Experience using FIFO accommodation management systems
