Are you a skilled diesel fitter or auto heavy professional looking for a fresh challenge? Why not use your hands-on experience to inspire the next generation of tradespeople. CQUniversity is on the lookout for industry pros who want to get off the tools – at least to some extent – and get into teaching. You will be responsible for providing training in various mechanical disciplines, with a focus on heavy vehicle, mobile plant and diesel fitting.

You'll be paid to earn while you learn the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, with full support from our team. - Possession of a relevant qualification in automotive heavy vehicle, mobile plant and diesel engine technology, diesel fitting engineering or similar.
- Willingness to obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122), if not already completed.
- Knowledge of the education and training sector and the ability to positively respond to new directions and demands of the training market.
- Demonstrated current industry skills directly relevant to the training/assessment being delivered.
- Dual-trade candidates, particularly those with a qualification in Auto Electrical or another complementary trade
