About the opportunity

Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique early careers pathway dedicated to meaningful work, growth and security. Graduates receive tailored mentoring and exposure through rotations across departments before settling in a specific area at the end of the program.

We are recruiting Finance Graduates to commence in January 2026 on a structured 2-year program. Located in Henderson, Western Australia, the role provides an introduction to various aspects of accounting and finance with hands-on experience and opportunities for professional development in a supportive and dynamic environment.

This program offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior accountants.
  • Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by gathering and analysing relevant financial information.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely recording of transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, and management to support organisational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders to provide financial information and support.
