Cadet - Subdivision and Development Engineer. Be among the first 25 applicants. An opportunity for an Engineering Cadet to be part of Shellharbour City Council's Subdivision and Development team, involved in the development and subdivision application process.

About the Cadet program

The cadetship is a structured training and development program for students who have completed three years of their degree and are about to commence their fourth year of study. To be eligible for this role, students need to have completed at least 168 credit points in a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). The opportunity includes part-time study and practical work experience and mentorship in the development of new subdivisions and built form developments in one of the fastest-developing cities in NSW. You will support the wider team to provide professional engineering advice.

  • Temporary full-time position for up to 2 years (depending on course completion).
  • Starting salary from $62,120 per annum (based on 168 credit points).
