Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist

We're currently looking for a talented Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant. Responsibilities
  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments, evaluate activities of daily living, home and workplace ergonomics, and equipment needs.
  • Design and deliver meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
  • Develop tailored rehabilitation plans and return-to-work strategies.
  • Identify barriers and implement practical, evidence-based solutions.
  • Navigate multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, medical teams, employers and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes
  • Ability to work independently in the community
  • Driver's licence and vehicle required
  • Eligibility for working with children check and police clearance
