As a Learning Designer at CA ANZ, you'll be part of the Education Content & Strategy team, responsible for designing and developing contemporary learning programs for accounting and finance professionals. This includes CPD courses, CA Program subjects, and other work-related learning that builds practical, work-ready skills.
Responsibilities- Analyzing content and identifying gaps to inform effective learning design
- Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to develop high-quality, engaging learning experiences
- Writing and structuring content for various delivery modes including online and face-to-face
- Managing project timelines and ensuring outputs meet quality and instructional design standards
- Leading quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous improvement
- Championing operational excellence and best practice in learning design
- Demonstrated experience in learning design across digital and blended format
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skill
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadline
- Experience in the tertiary or professional education sector
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and emotional intelligence
- Academic qualifications in education (highly valued)
