As a Learning Designer at CA ANZ, you'll be part of the Education Content & Strategy team, responsible for designing and developing contemporary learning programs for accounting and finance professionals. This includes CPD courses, CA Program subjects, and other work-related learning that builds practical, work-ready skills.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing content and identifying gaps to inform effective learning design
  • Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to develop high-quality, engaging learning experiences
  • Writing and structuring content for various delivery modes including online and face-to-face
  • Managing project timelines and ensuring outputs meet quality and instructional design standards
  • Leading quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous improvement
  • Championing operational excellence and best practice in learning design
About you
  • Demonstrated experience in learning design across digital and blended format
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skill
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadline
  • Experience in the tertiary or professional education sector
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and emotional intelligence
  • Academic qualifications in education (highly valued)
