Reporting to the CEO & Executive Assistant, this role was designed to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Krumbled office and warehouse.
The successful Encorer will be responsible for coordinating administration, suppliers, and office operations while supporting the CEO and team. Ensures smooth workflows, organised systems, and efficient day-to-day business operations.
We understand each Encorer may have different flexibility/life requirements while reintegrating back into the workforce. This role can be worked as either full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week) at our Krumbled offices.
OverviewRole level: Entry level. Location: Tuggerah, New South Wales, Australia.
Responsibilities- Administration & Scheduling – Coordinate internal team meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, minutes, and action items, and support the CEO with development and learning.
- Supplier & Office Management – Manage office and warehouse supplier relationships, orders, subscriptions, stock levels, and payments to ensure smooth operations.
- Operations & Facilities Support – Oversee office maintenance, safety, equipment registers, hot desking systems, courier/mail services, and shared spaces organisation.
- Expense & Invoice Management – Collate receipts, process expense claims, and reconcile invoices ahead of weekly finance meetings.
- People & Team Coordination – Support onboarding, training bookings, team anniversaries, internal events, wellbeing initiatives, and visitor management.
- Communications & Admin Support – Draft internal communications, follow up on tasks, assist with ad-hoc team requests, and support PR send-outs.
- General Support – Run errands and provide flexible assistance to the Founders, EA and team as needed.
- Previous experience in admin, office coordinator, assistant to CEO/Founder role
- Experience with administration & scheduling tools (e.g., Google Drive, Slack, Asana, Calendar)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, accountability, proactive task management, and attention to detail
- Consistent and strong organisational skills to provide dependable support across priorities
- Aligns with Krumbled's values and contributes to a respectful, supportive, and collaborative team culture
- Strong multitasking ability, effective communication skills, with experience supporting a wide range of office and operational tasks
