Your Opportunity

Our Defence and Security Division within our Australian business is looking for Project Managers to manage multidisciplinary design projects primarily through the Estate Works Program (EWP) via the Project Delivery Services (PDS) Contract. The primary responsibility is to support the full lifecycle delivery of EWP projects across the Defence Estate in South Australia; this role is based in Adelaide.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver EWP projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards in a Defence environment.
  • Foster collaboration across internal project teams and industry delivery partners
  • Proactively manage issues, drive decision making, and lead resolution pathways
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks for Defence clients
  • Manage and support technical and quality assurance activities relating to the design and safety analysis of Defence infrastructure
  • Provide mentorship to staff seeking to develop knowledge and experience in delivery of major infrastructure projects
  • Ability to undertake overnight travel to project locations as required
About You
  • Relevant experience leading project delivery in building services, infrastructure, civil, or maritime; Defence experience preferred
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines desirable
  • Citizen of Australia and ability to achieve a current AU security clearance
