Job Title: OSHC Director

We are inviting applications for a 1-year replacement position as the Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Director at St. George Christian School.

About the Role

This role will commence on 20 January 2025 and is offered for 33 hours per week (negotiable) over 41 weeks of the year (term weeks only). In addition, the role includes school holidays, SNAD days, and administrative time.

The working hours will be Monday – Friday from 6:30AM – 8:30AM and 3PM to 6PM, as well as administration time for Director duties.

As the OSHC Director, you will have the opportunity to lead the OSHC team and use your God-given gifts and talents to invest into our warm and welcoming school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the OSHC team in providing developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Meet individual student needs within the spiritual, educational, care & recreational philosophy of the programme.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Foster excellent professional and interpersonal relationships with students and families.
  • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standard (NQA) Guidelines and Working with Children Check requirements.
