The Geveko Markings Managing Director ANZ is responsible for a range of commercial tasks, including strategic planning, go-to-market plans, identifying growth opportunities, leading the sales and marketing teams to increase revenue and market share, monitoring and analyzing sales data to optimize performance, and developing and managing regional budgets and forecasts.

The Managing Director is also responsible for ensuring a cost-effective supply chain, handling contract negotiations, and implementing improvement initiatives based on performance analysis. Leadership and employee satisfaction are high priorities, and the Business Unit Director must recruit, develop, and motivate regional teams, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and performance.

The Managing Director role also involves being the legal representative for Geveko Markings in Australia and New Zealand, and the individual will be appointed as a director in the Australian and New Zealand company registers.

This setup provides Geveko Markings with an excellent footprint, enabling the company to meet customer expectations regarding delivery times, service, and product availability.

There are over 500 customers in ANZ, with a diverse customer base ranging from some of the largest regional contractors to smaller and medium-sized applicators.
