Overview

The Respiratory Research team is seeking a Clinical Trials Administrative Officer to contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical trials and research projects. The role provides essential administrative and research support to ensure the smooth operation of study activities and the successful achievement of research outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the scheduling of study visits.
  • Coordinating sample processing and shipping.
  • Tracking finances and contracts and assisting with study start-up activities.
  • Assisting with patient recruitment by supporting study coordinators.
  • Supporting the transition of trial documentation to digital systems.
  • Providing coordination for research events including conferences, workshops and seminars.
  • Communicating openly with colleagues, research collaborators and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contributing to a collaborative environment that values high-quality research administration and project support.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Strong project and administrative skills, preferably in a clinical research setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail, high computer literacy and a commitment to confidentiality and research standards.
