Contract Duration: 8Months

Daily Rate :1000-1100 inclusive of superannuation

Description:

Seeking a highly experienced and strategic Integration Lead with deep expertise in Boomi, AIS, and Confluent technologies to lead and shape enterprise integration initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong consulting acumen, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional integration teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage core consulting and integration expertise to architect and implement integration solutions using Boomi, AIS, and Confluent technologies.
  • Provide leadership and coordination across a diverse integration team including SAP BTP, Azure, IBM, and Kafka specialists.
  • Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to define the integration strategy and recommend the most appropriate styles, patterns, and technologies.
  • Translate complex business requirements into effective, scalable integration solutions through stakeholder engagement and solution workshops.
  • Provide architectural and delivery oversight ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Champion DevOps best practices and drive the adoption of automation tools for CI/CD, including GitHub and Azure DevOps.
  • Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, monitoring, resilience, and performance are addressed in integration solutions from the outset.
  • Partner closely with Delivery Managers for project scoping, estimation, risk assessment, and governance activities.
  • Conduct quality assurance and control checks to maintain delivery excellence across client engagements.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Enterprise Integration, iPaaS, and event-driven architecture.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience with Boomi or AIS in architectural and leadership capacities.
  • Working knowledge of Confluent Kafka, SAP BTP, Azure Data Factory, and IBM integration tools is highly desirable.
  • Deep expertise in integration styles, enterprise patterns, best practices, and architecture guidewires.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-scale integration projects.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tooling and automation, including GitHub and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
