The Role

Due to recent project awards, MACA Interquip Mintrex is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in West Perth.

MACA Interquip Mintrex, a division of MACA Ltd, is a multidisciplinary company with a proven track record in delivering EPC and EPCM projects for the resources sector, specializing in mineral processing facilities across Australia.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assisting Engineering Team, Junior Engineers; Project Managers and Construction Managers
  • Providing technical support for project proposals.
  • Performing mechanical equipment calculations (conveyors, crushing, milling).
  • Supporting maintenance management systems to optimize plant and equipment availability.
  • Assisting with mechanical equipment tender submissions and procurement packages.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
  • Five (5) plus years post-tertiary experience
  • Experience in a mineral processing environment
  • Drafting and mechanical design package experience or exposure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
  • Good interpersonal skills across all levels
