Our Buildings team is continuing to grow and looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to support across a spectrum of challenging and interesting buildings projects in NSW.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver structural designs and manage projects for buildings across multiple markets, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, clients, and other engineers to develop innovative and practical design solutions.
  • Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical reports to support project delivery.
  • Undertake structural analysis and modelling using industry‑standard design software.
  • Provide technical input during project meetings and support construction teams with design queries and site‑related issues.
What You'll Bring / Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and documentation of new building structures, as well as modification of existing building structures to Australian Codes
  • Ability to take on complex challenges autonomously and provide solutions through research
  • A focus on client and design service excellence, particularly in infrastructure, defence, health, education, airport and data centre experience
  • Ability to lead the delivery of projects, collaborating with design teams, modellers and stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • L4: 3–5 years experience in the industry preferable
