Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze customer/partner technical environments and socialise the business solution and project approach with stakeholders to determine changes needed to the business solution.
• Lead architecture projects using existing methodologies, develop new solutions to scale across multiple customers, and maintain architecture artifacts to communicate value and rationale.
• Collaborate with project managers and account teams to govern design, build, and deployment, including POCs and pilots, ensuring quality and alignment with customer value.
• Identify requirements and constraints with customers/partners, manage ambiguity, and document assumptions and implications. Drive test plans to prove requirements are met and address defects with the project team and customer as needed.
• Drive solution approach with traceability of requirements and decisions; balance risk, credibility, and innovation to meet customer needs; lead implementation in partnership with the Project Manager; establish governance and ensure release readiness.
• Identify and mitigate business and technical risks; develop risk contingency plans and oversee delivery of consulting engagements as required.
• Contribute to practice development through IP generation and participation in internal/external communities.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and stay current on Microsoft technologies to guide service delivery and stakeholder management.

Qualifications – Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years' experience in security technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or security domain
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years' experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security)
• OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in designing and deployment of Microsoft security solutions
• 2+ years managing multiple projects or portfolios
• 1+ year leading blended, multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications – Additional

• Additional or preferred qualifications may include 12+ years' experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security)
• 6+ years technical presales and delivery leadership experience
• Experience in Microsoft XDR, Sentinel, Azure, Active Directory security, Entra ID, Privileged access management and Information protection technology (e.g., Purview) is highly desirable
• Professional Certification in domain (e.g., CISSP, Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert)
