The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven Sales Coordinator to join our team and support the achievement of sales targets through proactive campaign management, administrative excellence, and strong client and stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Sales and Campaign Delivery departments and report directly to a Sales Executive at our Mt Coot-tha office.

We're currently hiring for both full-time and part-time roles (3-4 days per week). A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport are essential for this role.

What you'll do
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, timely processing of proposals, bookings, inquiries, and other sales-related information as directed.
  • Monitor and optimise Broadcast and Digital campaign delivery within the client remit, regularly utilising the Broadcast and Digital Network Sales System.
  • Provide and update reports to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign delivery using both Microsoft Excel and industry-aligned systems (i.e., Neilsen & OzTam, Google Ad Manager & 7Digital Dashboards).
  • Manage document filing, distribution, and correspondence efficiently while supporting the finance team with booking queries and participating in relevant internal and external meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and clients, support the Sales team with training, conduct audience analysis using industry tools, identify business and integration opportunities and implement systematic changes as needed.

You'll bring strong client relationship skills, sharp communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Tech-savvy and collaborative, you thrive in fast-paced environments and lead with optimism, innovation, and drive. You'll also have:

  • Tertiary qualification in media, business, or communications (preferred).
  • Some experience in sales, media, consumer, or admin roles; sales experience is a bonus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate level).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on efficiency and collaboration.
