As part of this exciting growth, they are looking for an experienced / Senior Rehabilitation Consultant who is passionate about developing their leadership career with an organisation where they can make a genuine impact.

Our client will offer you opportunities not widely available elsewhere, as they continue to grow and expand into new areas. You will be given freedom but huge levels of support to become a Team Leader.

Key areas of the role are:

  • Growing and leading a team of Rehabilitation Consultants
  • Client / account management along with a reduced billable portfolio of your own
  • Capability building within the team and maximizing staff engagement in an ever-changing external climate
  • Supporting the area leader with KPI management and team goal setting

You will be a natural leader who is craving that next step in their career, with the full backing and support of highly experienced senior management. Right now, it's likely that you are either a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant who has experience mentoring or have around 1-2 years' experience in Rehab Consulting and now ready to make that move up. It is essential that you are either OT, EP, Physio, or Rehab Counseling trained, with relevant full Australian registration.

Opportunities to step up like this don't come up often, so don't delay in getting your resume across. Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $90k-$100k + super + incentives.
