About The Role

To support the continued focus of person-centered care within the organisation, ARRCS are actively recruiting an experienced

permanent, full-time basis and attracts a salary of $48.12 - $50.54 / hour gross base.

The position is also responsible for providing an environment that supports learning, oversees education programs, and monitors professional standards of practice while providing safe and efficient patient care through the performance development and management process.

About The Role

To support the continued focus of person-centered care within the organisation, ARRCS are actively recruiting an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to support the management and oversee the Support Workers and Registered Nurses at our Juninga Aged Care Facility. Located in Coconut Grove, NT. This role is being recruited on a permanent, full-time basis and attracts a salary of $48.12 - $50.54 / hour gross base.

The position is also responsible for providing an environment that supports learning, oversees education programs, and monitors professional standards of practice while providing safe and efficient patient care through the performance development and management process.

This role would suit a Registered Nurse with both clinical and management experience. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a multi-disciplinary team. You will be hands on in your management style and enjoy providing mentorship and guidance to both your direct and indirect staff.

At Juninga, we have 26 permanent residential beds. We also have 10 independent living cabins, which provide support via ARRCS Home Care Darwin services.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse ideally within the Aged Care industry.
  • Previous experience in leading, coaching or mentoring other Healthcare staff.
  • Knowledge and ability to interpret and apply the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills and ability to coach frontline staff.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and business improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety.
