The Opportunity:

Our Bunbury branch seeks a Field Service Technician to join our service team. This role plays a key part in delivering safe, high-quality service to Komatsu customers in the Bunbury/South West region.

Your responsibilities will include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining heavy equipment to ensure industry-leading support for our clients.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, safety-focused individual with strong technical skills and a drive for excellence.

A work vehicle, phone, and laptop will be provided.

Roster: Monday to Friday, 5 days on site with a 2-day break and overtime opportunities with rostered on-call allowance.

Role Located: Bunbury (must be based or willing to relocate)

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Mobile Plant Mechanic.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Troubleshooting Methodology and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer systems skills.
  • Minimum MR Classification driver's licence (or willing to obtain).
  • Ability to provide high-quality customer service.
