Job Title: Test Analyst

As a Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

You will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on business and technical requirements — helping us deliver high-quality solutions that our users can trust.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for user acceptance and system testing.
  • Apply best practices and methodologies in software testing across agile delivery cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams to ensure testing is integrated into the development process.
  • Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis to support defect resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes.
  • Maintain detailed test documentation, including test matrices and traceability.
  • Leverage basic SQL skills to validate data and perform back-end testing.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and report defects.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage testing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build strong relationships across technical and business teams.
  • Bring general knowledge of financial markets and platforms to inform testing scope.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a testing and/or change environment
  • Strong understanding of software testing best practices and methodologies
  • Proven experience writing test matrices, test cases, and UAT scripts
  • Hands-on experience with manual testing and regression testing
  • Familiarity with basic SQL for querying and validation
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and manage defects through to resolution
  • Experience working in Agile teams, with understanding of Agile ceremonies and planning
  • Effective stakeholder communication, including reporting test outcomes and risks
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • General knowledge of financial markets and/or financial platforms
  • Experience facilitating or contributing to testing workshops
  • Excellent organization and time management under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on team collaboration and trust building
