The Opportunity

This is not a typical site role. As second-in-command to the CEO, you will:

1. Implement and uphold company systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all projects
2. Oversee multiple sites, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
3. Manage trade performance, reporting, and accountability across the business
4. Anticipate issues, resolve challenges, and keep projects running seamlessly
5. Provide structured updates to the CEO and contribute to strategic decision-making

About You

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven ability to manage at scale:

• You have demonstrated success managing projects in previous roles within construction companies delivering $10M+ annual turnover (essential requirement)
• You bring operational discipline, leadership, and the ability to enforce high standards across multiple teams
• You are systems-driven, detail-focused, and thrive on ensuring order and accountability
• You are confident working at executive level, able to act as the CEO's right hand
