Overview

Carolina PRG is partnering with a leading global solutions company to identify a skilled Paralegal to support their in-house legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including contract review, compliance, and regulatory documentation. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify law firm invoices
  • File, retrieve, and distribute legal documents (digital and hard copy)
  • Respond to internal and external document and records requests
  • Provide direct administrative support to the legal leadership team
  • Act as a Notary Public for official documentation
  • Support meeting coordination, travel logistics, and event arrangements
  • Organize and route incoming and outgoing mail to appropriate recipients
  • Ensure accuracy in formatting and proofreading legal materials, contracts, and presentations
  • Track changes and document comparisons using legal software tools
  • Assist with high-volume legal closings and transactions as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of legal experience, ideally within a transactional legal practice or large law firm
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across legal and business teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office tools; experience preparing complex documents with tables, columns, and charts
  • Comfortable with light accounting tasks, such as invoice verification and arithmetic calculations
  • Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain one
