Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator with experience in contracts and high-end residential homes to join our team at TorqueJobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Director, ensuring seamless project coordination.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Issue purchase orders and contract variations, maintaining accurate records.
  • Evaluate and manage new sub-contractors, guaranteeing all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted.
  • Review estimates, costs, and pricing for supplies and suppliers, optimizing project efficiency.
  • Schedule trades, builders, and supplies to meet project deadlines, guaranteeing timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Project Coordinator in the residential building sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of residential boutique and high-end homes, including claims variation experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Outlook and Excel spreadsheets.
About the Role:

This is an ongoing position, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $60-70 per hour, depending on experience.
