Lutheran Education Australia (LEA) is the national body supporting Lutheran schools and early childhood services across the country. A dynamic and visionary Executive Director is sought to lead its national office and guide the future of Lutheran education in Australia. Based in Adelaide and reporting to the LEA Board, this senior leadership role offers a rare opportunity to shape educational excellence with faith at its core. Key responsibilities include:
shape, champion, cultivate, lead and implement LEA's Strategic Intentions across national learning communities;
inspire educational innovation, strengthen sustainability and protect organisational reputation;
lead a dedicated national team and foster a high performing culture;
build strong partnerships with church bodies, government, regulators and education stakeholders;
oversee governance, financial stewardship and enterprise risk management.
Applications are encouraged from accomplished senior executives with proven experience in contemporary educational leadership and a deep connection or alignment with the Lutheran values and ethos. The successful candidate will possess strategic agility with a track record of delivering impactful outcomes, alongside exceptional interpersonal, relational and stakeholder engagement skills.
