Our Onboarding Program is designed to provide you with dedicated structured support from our PEAK Tribe to allow you to progress your career pathway. There is a clearly defined career pathway from new graduate, through to director, with personal and professional support and learnings along the way.

We don't refer to you by your qualification; instead all our Allied Health professionals are Coaches. You are a Coach because you inspire through action. The ideal Candidate

There are some skills and areas of experience we think would make you more successful in this role, and really hit the ground running. These include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in podiatry
  • 6-12 months work experience with sport or private practice
  • A willingness to contribute to our Stride Club running group with a passion for running
  • An appetite for working with MSK caseloads
  • A passion for moving people out of pain and into preventative or performance-based programs
  • An inner belief that life is about having experiences never felt possible
