We are seeking a dedicated Casual Veterinary Nurse to join our close-knit Greencross Ballarat team The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for animal care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

About Your New Job

• Casual role with the potential for a Permanent Part-time role for the right candidate
• No Afterhours or Sundays
• Undertaking general nursing duties including surgical and medical nursing, consult nursing, emergency and critical care, and pathology
• Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment
  
  

The Skills & Experience You Will Bring

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent with a minimum 2+ years' of clinical experience
• Surgical experience with the ability to monitor anaesthetics competently is essential
• Experience with Team Based Care highly regarded
• Calm, mature and empathetic
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues
