Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will help create and support a high-performance culture and ensure a great customer experience across the store. You may work across multiple store areas, including customer-facing roles and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities
  • Help across multiple areas within the store, from customer-facing tasks to back-of-house activities
  • Provide high levels of customer service before, during, and after the sale
  • Assist with merchandising to support the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience
  • Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock following store receiving processes
Qualifications
  • Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
