We seek individuals with a background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling interested in occupational rehabilitation at Port Macquarie NSW.
This role offers flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, with support from a dedicated healthcare team and resources from a global network. You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions, supporting their return to health and work.
Your duties include:
- Case management with support from Rehabilitation Assistants
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
- Working with employers and employees on injury prevention and workplace education
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionals
- Working across schemes like workers compensation, third-party, insurance, and employer-funded programs
- Conducting assessments such as initial, workplace, and vocational assessments to support diagnosis, treatment, and employment opportunities

Ideal candidates will have:
- Qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Registration with AHPRA or eligibility for ASORC membership
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Time management skills
- Current NSW Driver's License, own car, and comprehensive insurance
