Marketing Promotions Coordinator

Our Marketing team has a brilliant opportunity for a Promotions Coordinator to support shaping what our Kogan.com customer experience is like Focusing on our email channel, you will support with the creation and distribution of promotional content across our email and website channels.

Whether you're implementing marketing campaigns, listing and promoting new products, or partnering with other teams on content, this is a dynamic role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our email and website content is optimal and high quality.

If you're a junior Marketer with a couple of years of Email / Campaign experience, or have honed your craft and are looking to diversify into a pure-play online business, this is a great opportunity to utilise your Marketing skills with Australia's pioneer of e-Commerce

• Creating exciting promotional content for the Kogan, Dick Smith, and Matt Blatt brands
• Managing promotion end-to-end including development of campaign briefs, liaising and coordinating with internal teams (buying, design, and copy) and final creative execution
• Distributing promotional marketing content across mediums such as Email, Mobile, Website, and SMS
• Creating, proofreading, and implementing email campaigns, website content, and marketing materials
• Innovating and improving content for our Email channel
• Ensuring all website content is accurate and of high quality to help customers make informed decisions
• Liaising with Marketing, Purchasing teams, and external partners to create effective campaign content
• Monitoring and reporting email campaign results, and suggesting improvements
• Ensuring all email campaigns align with industry best practices

• University Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related areas
• Genuine interest in email campaigns and EDMs, with practical experience supporting them; exposure to HTML email templates and CMS systems is a bonus
• Proficient with Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop
• Detail-oriented with an exceptional eye for quality
• Capable of multitasking effectively, managing multiple tasks simultaneously without dropping the ball
