About Busy Girl Club

We're Perth's female-only strength training studio redefining what it means to be "fit." Our gym is a safe, empowering, and hype-filled space for high-achieving women who are done with crash diets and cardio punishment — and ready to lift heavy, build confidence, and have fun doing it.

We don't do random workouts. We coach. We educate. We build women up.

And now, we're looking for a coach to join our girl gang and help us lead the charge.

Your Role

You'll be a hands-on, high-energy presence on the gym floor. Think coach, mentor, hype queen, and lifting technique nerd all in one.

What you'll do:


• Coach small-group strength sessions using our proven structure


• Help members lift with precision, purpose, and proper form


• Welcome new clients and make them feel like they've found their home


• Track client progress and celebrate PBs (and milestones like "first chin-up" or "wore shorts to the gym for the first time")


• Contribute ideas for challenges, events, and — yes — TikToks


• No cold calls, sales targets, or slimy tactics. Just coaching, connection, and good vibes.

You'll thrive here if:


• You're confident coaching strength movements (squats, hinges, presses, rows)


• You know how to read the room and bring the right energy to every session


• You're reliable, responsible, and bring initiative (you treat this role like it matters — because it does)


• You love learning and want mentorship to grow as a coach


• You're certified in Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent) and First Aid/CPR


• Bonus points if you've got a background in powerlifting or crossfit and have worked with women before or have a deep understanding of the female training experience

What You Get:


• $45–$50 p/h depending on experience + bonuses


• Mentorship and feedback to help you grow into a leader


• Consistent hours (with online opportunities as we grow)
