The day to day
  • You are the face of Optus delivering customer service brilliance powered by optimism
  • Learn all about our tech products and services by sharing your knowledge in a way that's easy to understand
  • Provide personalised solutions and product expertise – your smile is your secret sales weapon
  • Team up with your colleagues to create a welcoming haven – together, you learn, grow and create memorable moments that matter
