Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant

This is a part-time position available at our Rutherford, NSW location.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone.
  • Sell products to customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new releases and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Prolonged standing, lifting and carrying stock up to 15kg, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, working above shoulder height, working at a computer and climbing ladders may be required.
