Civil Labourers

Tracc Civil is a leading civil construction and earthmoving company based in Bibra Lake, delivering projects across the Perth Metropolitan Area.

We're looking for reliable and motivated Civil Labourers to join our growing team. Previous experience in civil construction, traffic management or general labouring is an advantage but not essential — we provide paid training and upskilling to help you grow.

• Current and valid Driver's Licence with reliable transport
• Construction Induction (White) Card
• Reliable, dedicated, and team-oriented
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience plus penalties, meal, and travel allowances where applicable
• Paid training and upskilling
• Full-time permanent contract with a minimum of 38 hours per week plus overtime
• Local work across Perth Metro (mainly SOR)

• Perform general labouring and manual tasks related to civil construction, including digging, site clean-up, and fencing
• Develop working knowledge and experience operating basic plant equipment such as rollers and water carts
• Follow safe work procedures and meet site requirements
• Operate small plant and hand tools safely and effectively
• Maintain physical fitness, motivation, and a strong work ethic
