We have an exciting opportunity to join our Oceania Business as an Inter Market Supply Planner. Your role will be focused on planning and ensuring stock availability based on our Customer's need to drive the growth of our within the relevant Business Unit. This is a 12 months contract role.
A day in the lifeNestlé operates one of the largest supply chain networks in the Oceania region. Our teams are cohesively supported by global tools, local expertise and cutting-edge technology such as GS1 and SAP.
Key responsibilities- Contribute to consistently achieve sustainable Supply Planning KPI Targets across ANZ
- Maintain a robust product level supply plan over an 18-month horizon in SAP APO
- Analyse exceptions and drive realistic, achievable supply plans
- Analyse and effectively communicate relevant information to our Demand and Customer teams
- Monitor shipping lead times and ensure SAP accuracy for freight planning
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and freshness
- Play a critical role in our innovation and renovation launches
- Find solutions to supply exceptions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise performance
- Customer centricity mindset and focus on achieving targeted customer order fulfilment and service levels
- FMCG experience preferred
- Comfortable to work in a fast paced environment
- Passion to collaboratively work with our global Nestlé affiliate suppliers and/or 3rd party suppliers to deliver optimum availability
- Inter-market Supply Planning experience
- Understanding of Order to Cash principles
- SAP experience highly desirable and strong communication skills are a necessity
- Experience in stakeholder management, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, thorough and detailed with a high level of relationship building
- Highly driven, results-focused, collaborative and able to remove obstacles to protect supply and deliver availability
- Exposure to LEAN practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Problem solver, inquisitive, proactive and strong in implementing sustainable solutions to address business needs
- Understanding of customer requirements, inventory management and delivery process improvements
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
