We are seeking a Customer Service Leader to manage and inspire a high-performing team for our Virtual (Email/Admin) function, focusing on process improvements and delivering outstanding customer service.
About the Role:- Lead, Develop & Inspire – Manage and mentor a team of 6, fostering a positive, results-driven environment. Drive Process Improvements – Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, audit compliance, and service quality.
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships – Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and customers. Oversee Operational Reporting – Ensure quality, compliance, productivity, and accurate, timely request handling using new technologies.
- Balance Priorities & Demands – Manage workloads, team performance, and strategic goals effectively.
- At least 5 years in a customer-facing role, including 2+ years managing a successful team.
- Strong understanding of customer service operations, especially in the medical device industry.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Proven process improvement skills, identifying inefficiencies and enhancing workflows.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and foster productive relationships.
- Comfortable with challenges, eager to learn, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Thrives under pressure, managing priorities proactively.
- Proficiency in JDE, Power BI, advanced Excel; SQL experience is a plus.
