Burger Urge is a fast-growing and dynamic restaurant chain with a passion for burgers. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supervisor who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will ensure smooth daily operations, supervise staff, oversee food and beverage service, manage inventory, and handle customer concerns.

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
  • Create and maintain employee schedules
  • Ensure timely food and beverage service
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Assist with marketing activities
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction

Supervisor Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory role in hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Excellent customer service skills

Mandatory Requirements

  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Valid work rights and documentation
  • RSA Certificate within 30 days of employment
