Full-time, paid graduate program at Brisbane Marriott Hotel offering hands-on leadership training in Rooms Operations, with career growth in a global hospitality leader.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Participating in the Voyage Global Leadership Development Program, a 12–18 month, full-time, paid program.
- Engaging in hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum at a Marriott International managed hotel.
- Building customer relationships and championing innovation within the organization.
- Gaining exposure to managing projects and people, and improving processes through the Voyage project.
- Taking on special projects that utilize all training received.
- Participating in management meetings and collaborating with Voyage participants worldwide.
- Solving challenges, offering ideas and innovative solutions, and providing feedback on the curriculum.
- Immersing in day-to-day hotel operations and Marriott's global culture and brands.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year, or be currently enrolled with an expected graduation date within 12 months of application.
- Permanent working rights for Australia (no sponsorship available).
- Experience working in hospitality operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher-level education.
- Superior critical-thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively.
- Ability to self-manage and be a self-starter.
- A genuine desire for personal and professional growth.
- Full-time, paid development program.
