As a growing, award-winning Financial Advisory firm with offices in Mackay & Brisbane, we are searching for our next superstar. You'll begin by working closely with our Creative Director, bringing campaigns to life across social media, our website, and other digital platforms. You'll craft content that's not only visually engaging but also meaningful - whether it's a podcast episode, a client newsletter, or a video that captures the heart of what we do.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute campaigns across social media, website, and other digital platforms.
- Create content that is visually engaging and meaningful (podcast episodes, client newsletters, videos).
- Schedule LinkedIn posts, edit podcasts, design presentations to inform and empower clients.
- Maintain online presence, support internal branding, assist with events that reflect company values.
- Collaborate with Creative Director and marketing team; contribute to planning sessions.
- Advance toward strategic marketing tasks (SEO, Google Ads) and data-driven insights over time.
- Communicate with the team to ensure voice and branding consistency.
- Background in marketing or communications; experience with WordPress and major social media platforms; proficiency with design tools.
- Strong storytelling, attention to detail, curiosity, and organizational skills.
- Interest or experience in finance is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow; ability to work with a Creative Director and cross-functional teams.
Base pay range: A$65,000.00/yr - A$72,800.00/yr
The salary package includes a total remuneration outlined as: A$72,800 salary package inclusive of SGC.
