Location: Peruvian Amazon, Cuzco region

Duration: 3 months placement

Cost: $5,100 USD

Fee includes: all food, accommodation, pre-departure and in-country support, orientation, and project activities.

Does not include: flights, airport pickup, travel insurance, personal expenses, visas, vaccinations.

Program Overview

This internship in the Peruvian Amazon offers hands-on experience in conservation and community development. It includes training workshops, field techniques, and leadership skills development. The program emphasizes environmental stewardship, sustainable practices, and protecting biodiversity in the rainforest.

Our foundation has worked since 2002 to promote sustainability and protect the Amazon's biodiversity. We develop practical, sustainable alternatives for local communities to reduce habitat destruction caused by logging, agriculture, and mining.

The Multimedia Internship enhances skills in environmental communication through workshops in writing, marketing, photography, and filmmaking, providing in-depth insights into environmental, social, and economic issues.
