About the Role

Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Springwood Hotel | Daytime shifts

We're on the hunt for a cheerful, reliable, and detail-loving Guest Services / Housekeeper to join our energetic team at Nightcap, based at the Springwood Hotel. If you have great attention to detail, take pride in creating a clean, welcoming space, you are available 3 - 5 days a week from 10am to 3pm, and you would like to shine in our rooms, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Making every room feel like home away from home
  • Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
  • Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
  • Make our guests' stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
About You / Qualifications
  • Attention to detail with the ability to keep rooms crisp and shining
  • Reliable, punctual and adaptable
  • Available 3 - 5 days, 10am – 3pm
  • Pride in your work and a commitment to quality
