Fletcher Insulation is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of insulation products, with iconic brands such as Pink Batts and Sisalation. We are an Australian company, and part of the Fletcher Building group. Our products are used extensively in the building industry on residential and commercial projects and are supplied through our specialist customer channels, which include insulation supply and install businesses, commercial contractors, national outlets and retail hardware stores.

All about your new role

Are you a data-savvy go-getter with a passion for learning and a curiosity for how pricing shapes business success? This is your chance to ignite your career to the next level in a role that blends numbers, strategy, and collaboration. As our Junior Pricing Analyst based in Dandenong, you will dive into the world of pricing and rebates, helping us make smart, margin-friendly decisions that support our business decisions.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate pricing and rebate data in SAP, analysing market trends and competitor pricing, and supporting commercial decisions that drive margin growth. Understanding how to work with complex data with be important. You will have any amazing ability to connect, listen and learn as you build strong relationships with cross functional teams like, Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain to ensure we align pricing with business goals.

Do these skills sound like you?

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Analytics, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and exposure to SAP or Power BI is a plus
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy
  • Inquisitive mindset with a passion for learning and developing insights
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and in a team
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • You are naturally outgoing, energetic and love to learn and grow
