ResponsibilitiesYour areas of responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Specialist Suites
You will be critical to leading sustainable change management in the dynamic multidisciplinary health service environment in line with Mater Values.
Qualifications- Extensive post-graduate specialty nursing experience, preferably minimum 5 years
- The ability to effectively manage a clinical cost centre
- Management of Outpatient and Elective Surgery Waitlists, ensuring patients are treated in time and in turn, in accordance with SOSIS, GESIS and ESIS
- Building and maintaining business relationships with associates at other Mater facilities and associated Hospital and Health Services
- Assessment and advising on nursing and administration processes, policies and procedures
