About The Role
We are seeking FOUR experienced Auto-Electricians to join our maintenance team in a residential role in Kalgoorlie.
- Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring and electronic components on underground mining equipment, mobile plant and light vehicles
- Fault finding repairing or replacing electrical components/wiring as required
- Maintain plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assist operational and trades teams as required and within competencies
You will be trade qualified and have experience working on earthmoving equipment both surface and underground, ideally with exposure to Drill rigs within a workshop environment.
- Knowledge and application of safe and reliable electrical maintenance practices to maximise equipment availability and productivity
- In-depth working knowledge of key safety and operational procedures
- Able to pass a National Police Check and Pre-employment Medical
- High level of detail and ability to deliver quality work
- Team player and a great attitude towards work
- A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto, Consider it done — safely.
