About the role

We're on the hunt for a bold, highly creative digital designer to supercharge Superhero's brand presence. This is more than just a design role, it's your chance to push creative boundaries, experiment with new ideas, and deliver work that cuts through in a crowded fintech landscape.

Joining our Marketing team at a pivotal stage, you'll play a key role in shaping the next wave of Superhero's growth. Day to day, you'll bring campaigns to life blending striking design with motion that captures attention and drives impact.

The Day-to-Day

• Work as part of our Marketing team to create and produce high-quality designs that align with our business goals and company branding from concept through to execution.
• Create compelling motion graphics and digital assets that tell stories and fuel campaigns across social and marketing channels.
• Elevate our brand guidelines, ensuring design excellence and consistency across every customer touchpoint.
• Work collaboratively within and beyond the Marketing team, to translate strategies into creative campaign concepts that scale, while maintaining an ownership mindset over projects.
• Proactively spot opportunities to innovate, test new approaches, and optimise creative processes for maximum performance and impact.

About you

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Lightroom, plus Figma
• Specific strength in InDesign and Figma highly regarded.
• Openness to use AI tools eg MidJourney, Flourish, Figma extensions
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion, animation, and infographic design.
• Experience in video editing a plus.
• Track record of rolling out digital campaign assets across social, email, and websites.
• Solid grasp of design fundamentals: typography, colour, and layout.
• Skilled at working within design systems and brand guidelines.
• Passionate about design with sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
• Energised by solving creative challenges with positivity and persistence.
• A true collaborator who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and manages priorities effectively.
• Clear communicator, able to articulate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
• Driven to stay ahead of design trends, constantly bringing fresh, innovative thinking to your work.
