Overview

Assistant Manager | Terrey Hills Tavern at Endeavour Group. Terrey Hills Tavern, just north of Sydney, is a local favourite offering great food, live entertainment, a kids' play area, sports bar, beer garden, and more. We're on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Terrey Hills Tavern buzzing and loved by the locals.

The role involves supporting the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe, leading a team, and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew
  • Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
  • Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of hospitality professionals
  • Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
  • Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift
About You
  • You've been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already supervised
  • You've learned from great managers and are ready to step up
  • You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
  • You've got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
