We're seeking a Senior Clinical, Forensic, or Neuropsychologist to lead the delivery of cutting-edge, evidence-based psychological care across our newly established Drug & Alcohol Clinics. This role offers the chance to shape clinical models, drive multidisciplinary collaboration, and provide specialised interventions—including within our Neurodiversity and ADHD programs.

What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Current Senior Clinical, Forensic or Neuropsychologist or eligible for Senior Clinical, Forensic or Neuropsychologist grading (with no less than 12 months service at the 5th year of service and thereafter on the Clinical Psychology Award salary scale). This includes holding a post graduate degree in clinical, forensic, or clinical neuropsychology (Masters, and/or Doctorate or PhD) and full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and practice endorsement in Clinical Psychology, Forensic or Clinical Neuropsychology.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in psychological assessment, case formulation and intervention for adults and adolescents with a severe mental illness, drug and alcohol concerns, and/or neurodivergent disorders
  • Excellent understanding of the relevant scientific literature on psychological services for adults and adolescents with a severe mental illness, drug and alcohol concerns, and/or neurodivergent disorders.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills including negotiation, advocacy, interpersonal skills, consultation-liaison skills and writing a range of clinical and operational documentation
  • Demonstrated experience in leading/managing clinical programs, provision of clinical supervision, and mentoring and development of staff.
  • Demonstrated high level organisational, prioritisation and time management skills in an environment of competing clinical demands.
  • Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes and lead ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff
  • Current Driver\'s License and willingness to use for work purpose travel
