Pharmacy Technician – Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Participate as an active member of the pharmacy team to promote and provide exceptional patient care by ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective distribution of medicines while working alongside and under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. This includes dispensary and inventory services, aseptic manufacturing service, and multi-dose and unit-dose repackaging.
  • Level 2 technical officers operate with greater autonomy, perform more complex duties, contribute to supervision, training, and quality improvement initiatives.


Qualifications / Requirements
  • Pre-employment National Police Check is required.
  • Compliance with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.
  • Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia and capacity to meet role requirements.
