About the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior SAP FI Consultants for two specialized roles to support a high-impact SAP S/4HANA rollout. The positions are based in Kuala Lumpur and follow a hybrid work model, the consultants will be responsible for driving the implementation, localization, testing, and deployment efforts for their respective modules, ensuring alignment with the global template.

  • Role 1: FI-AR, AP and Advanced FSCM (Credit Management, Collection Management and Dispute Management). Banking Interface - H2H
  • Role 2: FI-FA and Basic PS

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to lead SAP S/4HANA implementation activities
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and localization workshops
  • Configure, customize, and test SAP functionalities to meet business requirements
  • Work closely with key users and business stakeholders to ensure solution design meets operational and compliance needs
  • Lead and support full-cycle implementation activities: blueprinting, configuration, integration testing, UAT, data migration, cutover planning, and go-live
  • Provide training and documentation for end users and support teams
  • Identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, technical teams, and the global functional leads

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP FI experience
  • 3-4 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Chemical industry experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
