The Opportunity
We are seeking a Lead Consultant Metallurgist to join our Minerals and Metals team. This role will lead our technical metallurgical offering within this segment and work in partnership with our client relationship managers as part of our sales strategy to demonstrate market capability and secure new projects.
This role can be located in either our Melbourne or Brisbane offices.
About You
You will have a process/metallurgical background, prior experience in process debottlenecking, plant modifications, flowsheet development, and the ability to lead front-end process development of studies into implementation.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of influencing, navigating, and achieving outcomes within complex organisations.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a consulting capacity, leading a leveraged service offering using junior engineers and designers.
- Experience working with Gold, Copper, Lead, Zinc, and/or Nickel is highly valued, as is any site or operational experience.
