What this role offers:

  • Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates
  • Permanent Part-Time Contracts
  • Permanent Contract hours: 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
  • Hourly Rate: $30.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
  • Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day

As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.

Responsibilities and expectations include providing domestic assistance and personal care in clients' homes, supporting independence, and delivering high-quality service to elderly clients (65+).

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Live in or near Kincumber NSW including surrounding suburbs: Avoca Beach, Bensville, Copacabana, Daleys Point, Davistown, Empire Bay, Erina Heights, Erina, Forresters Beach, Green Point, Hardys Bay, Holgate, Killcare Heights, Killcare, Kincumber South, Macmasters Beach, Matcham, North Avoca, Terrigal, Wamberal, Yattalunga
  • Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence with your own car (no International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
  • Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
  • Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (weekend availability is a bonus but not required)
  • Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start (travel is required for training)
  • Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home
